BROMSGROVE AND DISTRICT CANINE SOCIETY RINGCRAFT
SECTION
Members of Ringcraft enjoyed much success at this year's Crufts, held at the NEC, Birmingham. Our star performer was Nicky Colson with her flat coated retriever Rosie who won the bitch challenge certificate and beat the dog winner for best of breed, so going forward to compete in the big ring in the BBC televised gundog group.
First prizes were won by the following members: Gill Buller's Hungarian viszla (also winning the reserve dog CC); Rosemary Harrison and Dawn Inett's cairn terrier; Wendy Moseley's cairn terrier; Toby Noke's English toy terrier; Angela Prophet's Yorkshire terrier; Rebecca Price's Hungarian viszla; Colin and Lesley Stanley's bichon frise.
Other members who won places were: Rachel Bradley's Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever; Helen Cooksley's bichon frise; Hannah Escott's soft coated wheaten terrier; Jennifer Levings' Yorkshire terrier; Charlotte Mann's curly coated retriever;
Di Morgan's whippet; Kay Tennear's bearded collie; Michael Whitfield's flat coated retriever; Sheila Wilke's lhasa apso; Jenny Wright's Dalmatian.
