GREEN-fingered townsfolk can check out a trio of rare Japanese giant bonsai trees at Webbs of Wychbold garden centre.
The three trees are worth a shocking £40,000. One of them is 149-years-old with the Japanese White Pine having the highest price tag - just a penny under £20,000 for the 80-year-old tree.
Webbs displays manager Pete Brooks said: "These are amazing living ornaments which have taken a great deal of care and attention to reach their peak. The art of bonsai is all about pruning and shaping and these are beautiful, very healthy specimens."
