CARTIER and Rolex watches, each worth several thousands of pounds, were stolen during a burglary at a house near Kidderminster.
The theft happened at Churchill and the offenders are believed to have forced open the front electric gates and driven a vehicle up to the house, at about 3pm on Monday last week.
They broke in and stole a safe containing jewellery worth a considerable sum of money. Their haul also included a Maxin flat screen television set and DVD combination, worth £500.
A police spokesman said: "Churchill is a small rural community.
"Anyone who noticed anything out of the ordinary on Easter Monday or has information about the burglary is asked to contact Kidderminster police on 08457 444888 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111."
