MAY I through your letters page say a big thank you to our TIA (Transient Ischaemic Attack) department at Kidderminster Hospital (C Block).
Having to have a number of tests, I spent a recent Thursday morning at this wonderful one-day clinic, where you have your scans and X-rays with the diagnosis at the end of your tests.
Everyone evidently enjoyed their work, as at each department you were greeted with smiles and kindness.
At the end of your session there was coffee and sandwiches, after which you could go home.
I find we are all so quick to moan and condemn our services, and just for a change, people would be pleased to hear praise for a part of the NHS that seems to be working perfectly.

I WOULD like to say that I recently had an operation at Kidderminster Hospital and the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very friendly.
The ward was first class in cleanliness and other hospitals should take a leaf out of this hospital's book.
I do hope that more operations can be done at this hospital to save people travelling to Worcester and elsewhere.

AS a lot of people seem to not have much good to say about our NHS these days, my husband and myself would like to say a very big thank you to the ambulance services.
Twice in the last year my husband has been taken ill and the paramedics and ambulancemen who looked after him were very kind. We were lucky to have the same paramedic on both occasions. They are wonderful people.
