A HEREFORDSHIRE-based company that featured in the Sunday Times' Best Small Company to Work For list has scooped another accolade.
allpay.net Limited won the Employer Award for Staff Development and Training at the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Celebration of Learning Achievement Awards.
The firm's HR team attended the ceremony at Malvern Theatres to receive the prestigious prize. Tony Killeen, allpay.net's managing director, said that the continuous professional and personal development of his employees, along with constant improvements to company facilities and benefits, helped to keep his workforce happy and productive.
"Over the past eight years allpay.net has supported 15 young employees through their apprenticeships in conjunction with Herefordshire Group Training Association," he said.
"We have always encouraged learning and development with the aim of moulding our young workforce into the managers of tomorrow. Indeed, several of allpay.net's original apprentices now hold integral management positions."
The company has been providing swipe card facilities to Local Government and Housing Associations for revenue collection since 1996 and is now based in Whitestone.
