A VARIETY of musical styles will be aired this week when Worcester's Marr's Bar hosts its weekly "Free Bands for Free Quid" night.
Girls Love Ponies, Baby Rattlesnakes and Transit Cop will all be gracing the stage at the Pierpoint Street venue on Thursday.
Girls Love Ponies specialise in guitar pop and rock anthems and their gigs are described as "true musical magic".
North East outfit Baby Rattlesnakes match cutting lyrics with timeless tunes for a fusion of metal, punk and classic rock.
And Transit Cop, who have already played gigs in London, Bristol, Derby and Gloucestershire and recorded an EP, Getting The Score, have earned themselves a dedicated following of fans called The Police Academy Street Team.
They have also supported some of the biggest live acts on the British touring circuit, includingThe Towers of London and the The Suffrajets - featuring the former drummer from Babyshambles.
Doors open at 8pm. Tickets are £3.
