STUART Watkiss will use Kidderminster Harriers' relegation rivals Rushden and Diamonds as the big inspiration to shine in their next game.
Harriers head into another vital match at home to Yeovil Town on Saturday hoping to repeat Rushden's 2-0 victory over the Somerset promotion chasers less than two weeks ago.
Watkiss' men are four points adrift in Coca-Cola League Two yet could have been within a victory but for Saturday's late equaliser in the 2-2 draw with Bury at Aggborough.
The Harriers boss reflected: "It's important for the club that come the last game of the season we're still alive and in with a chance. That's what we've got to ultimately aim for.
"We wanted to beat Bury but we knew we couldn't have a worse day than Rushden so at least we've closed the gap by a point.
"You never know what could happen this weekend.
"On paper, you would say Rushden (who entertain Boston on Saturday) have the easier game but it doesn't always go to plan.
"We have got to believe that if Rushden can beat Yeovil then so can we. That's what we have got to try to do.
"Yeovil are going to bring a massive contingent so there's going to be a good atmosphere and we will just have to go all out to do what we possibly can."
