REDDITCH United fans will get the chance to quiz manager Rod Brown and his board on future plans at the Valley at the annual fans forum tomorrow night (Thursday).

The forum will kick off at 8pm at Valley Stadium on Bromsgrove Road and Reds chairman Pat Cremin is urging fans and townsfolk to make the meeting.

He said: "It's an open forum for the fans to question us about whatever they want.

"It could be about the plans we have for next season or whether they have any ideas for the future.

"We have the fans' interests at heart so we need their views."

The United chairman was also calling on residents who have opposed the clubs' £300,000 plans to extend its training facilities and changing rooms onto part of Terry's Memorial Playing Field to make their way to the ground.

He added: "I have already said those residents can come down anytime and talk to me.

"We want it to be constructive but again this meeting is important for the town."

Manager Rod Brown is keeping his cards very close to his chest on the plans for next season.

Brown did say that he had lined up four, possibly five, key targets for next season as he plans an assault on the Nationwide North.

He said: "Put it this way there will be four players that will dramatically change this club, I can't mention any names because they are all contracted players. We're also lining up a top goalkeeping coach as well for next season.

"I can tell you know that we're planning to be right up there next season - we're looking for the top two and that means promotion.

He added: "We've learnt a great deal from this season and I don't think we were ready to go up this year."

The Reds boss was also delighted with his side's turnaround against Southport on Saturday.

"To come from two goals down and win shows real character. We've won two games back-to-back now after a bit of a shaky period, we just need to continue in this vain for the remaining three league games."
