A QUARTET of Under-13 players from Eve-sham Rugby Club have come through four gruelling squad sessions to earn selection for Worcestershire who face a competitive match against Birmingham later this month.
The Worcestershire All Sports Partnership (WASP) training sessions took place throughout the season with under-13 players from all over the county attending gatherings at Chaddesley Corbett, Kidder-minster and Pershore.
The final selection process took place at Upton-on-Severn last Sunday when Michael Gander, Josh Greatrix, Michael Ibbotson and Tom Singleton Wells were told the good news.
The four youngsters will now travel to Five Ways RUFC in Birmingham on Friday, April 29 for a fixture that gets under way at 7pm.
