The new season is scheduled to get under way next Monday with matches in the Premier, first, second and third divisions.

Division Four action gets under way on May 1.

The Inter-League Charity Cup final between the 2004/2005 winter champions and this year's summer league winners will be staged at Henley TC on Saturday, June 25.

l EVESHAM Rowing Club's Under-16 players enjoyed a successful winter season in the Wychavon League.

This was a credible result particularly due to the fact that the smaller than usual squad consisted of some new younger players.

Players taking part in the matches were Alex Kibblewhite, Claire Rennie, Martin Tom, Liam Walsh, Oli Johnstone, Douglas Clarke, James Clark and Jamie Randall.

The Summer League starts shortly and the players will be looking to improve on their success.

Anyone interested in joining the squad are invited to attend practice sessions on Friday evenings between 6.30 and 7.30pm. Contact Cindy Thomas on 01386 830143 for more details.
