FLYING high and taking to the skies again. That's the forthcoming agenda for Vale darts ace Rachael Dixon.
The No 5 ranked world star is in Belgium this weekend chasing some welcome prize money at a prestigious tournament.
And, her success at international level has prompted a call from organisers of a pentathlon and Dixon has signed up for five games in one day when she travels to Kent on June 25.
She will need more than just an overnight bag as 24 hours later the Evesham girl heads for Las Vegas to take part in the Desert Classic.
She has been fortunate to have obtained a sponsor for her trip to the USA in the shape of John Dodd from the Mount Pleasant Hotel in Redditch but she is still hoping to attract a local company to help finance her assault on the world No 1 spot.
