A Redditch man has proved he's tops when it comes to helping others - and is being recognised by the National Blood Service for his achievements.
Bob Watkins will be commended at a ceremony this month for giving more than 75 pints of blood.
His wife, Sue, said: "Bob has always appreciated the importance of giving blood.
"His bosses at CompAir Hydrovane are very generous and let their staff have time off to attend donor sessions."
