A free drinking fountain is the prize for schools entering this year's well-dressing competition.
The Malvern Spa Association is urging schools to get involved in decorating Malvern's springs over the May Day weekend.
The winning school will have the fountain, donated by the Malvern Hills Conservators, installed free by Severn Trent Water.
This year's theme is mythology. Artist Dudley Brook, Malvern Hills district councillor Di Rayner and AONB officer David Armitage will judge the competition.
Last year, around 100 people dressed 24 wells with flowers and other decorations on the theme of Mother Earth.
Well-dressing is an ancient Celtic tradition, which was reintroduced to Malvern five years ago by the Spa Association.
