PARENTS from Worcestershire will be able to discuss their children's education with experts at an event thought to be a national first.
Senior officers from Worcestershire County Council, teachers and governors will chat and offer advice and information at the meeting, at Droitwich Spa High School, on June 25.
Specific workshops will also be held for parents on major local issues, such as the Special Education Needs and Wyre Forest reviews, and the fair funding campaign.
"We want every parent in Worcestershire to come along and discuss any education issues they may have," said organiser Jonathan Pearsall, a Worcester school governor and father-of-four.
The event is being held from noon until 4.30pm on Saturday, June 25 at the Briar Mill school.
There is a free lunch and free creche.
