AN election approaches and, as usual, the candidates bicker uselessly and berate their opponents.
However, all parties fail because none proposes to teach all four of the national languages of Great Britain.
Television phone-in programmes prove that technology exists to allow the nation to make collective government decisions without power mad maniacs and ridiculous inter-party squabbling. Would any politician be brave enough to propose this major system change though?
It is important that everyone eligible should vote because low polls result in minority and dictatorial regimes taking power at the expense of those who failed to vote.
