GOODIES galore are needed to boost a charity auction being held in aid of Webheath First School.
Businesses and individuals are being asked to donate gifts to be auctioned off at a fund-raising ball next month.
Organiser Tracey Drysdale said they already had a remote control car, a luxury spa package, rally car driving session and a signed Birmingham City football shirt.
"But we would really like at least another four or five more gifts," said Mrs Drysdale, who is chairman of the school's parent teacher association.
All proceeds from the ball will go towards providing a new library and playground at the Downsell Road school, which is expected to cost about £7,000.
Good-humoured tots at the school are also putting pen to paper to write a rib-tickling joke book to further boost funds.
Anyone wishing to donate a gift can call Mrs Drysdale on 459380.
