Barnt Green Spartak 0 Brocton 1
MANAGER GJ Singh has criticised Redditch United for failing to inform him that they drafted teenage defender Neil Ward into their first team squad on Saturday.
Ward, who signed Conference papers at Redditch earlier in 2005, had been on loan at Spartak from the start of the season.
However, Reds manager Rod Brown handed him a surprise call up last week.
Singh found out through the player himself.
He said: "Neil's a cracking player and deserves his chance.
"What annoys me is that a semi-professional club isn't acting very professional at all.
"No one from Redditch contacted us about Neil being called up."
On Saturday's Spartak felt the defender's absence as their ten game unbeaten run came to and end.
A well-taken goal saw off mis-firing Barnt Green.
Singh said: "I thought the game was heading towards a draw but Brocton's goal was excellent."
Midfielders Zahoor Suliman and Rodalph Richards miss tonight's game away at Alveston.
Suliman picked up an injury on Saturday, while Richards is visiting friends in Belgium, where he played for several seasons.
