FIREFIGHTERS used air bags, wedges and ropes to stabilise a car while the driver remained at the wheel after she drove the vehicle on to the top of a wall.
Members of Green watch were called to the premises of Worcestershire Central Training Services in Stourbridge Road shortly after 4pm on Friday after receiving a report of a car perched precariously on the top of a retaining wall.
The crew worked swiftly and had the Vauxhall Corsa made safe in about 20 minutes.
It appeared the woman had been attempting to drive down a sloping drive and onto to the main road.
An inquiry to the office, which is almost opposite Victoria Road, on Monday resulted in no-one wishing to comment.
However, a brigade spokesman said the crew used their considerable skill and expertise to prevent injury to the woman and also her car, a fact he added, for which she was especially grateful.
