AN 18 year old from Woodrow who has been convicted of a string of motoring offences has been issued with a two-year supervision order.
Saul Francis Jones ppeared before Redditch Magistrates on Friday and was convicted of theft and motoring offences resulting in an Antisocial Behaviour Order (ASBO).
He was convicted of theft from a car on February 9, taking a vehicle without the owner's consent on March 4, driving with excess alcohol, no insurance and no licence and theft from Tesco Express on March 13.
The supervision order includes an intensive change programme, 60 hours community work and a fine. Jones has also been disqualified from driving for 12 months and has a curfew to stay at home between 8pm and 7am for the first 12 weeks.
He is banned from being carried unlawfully in or on, or interfering with, any vehicle. He cannot cause harassment, alarm or distress to others or encourage others to do so.
Jones must not be part of a group in a public place in which any member uses insulting or threatening words or behaviour, nor may he consume alcohol in the street.
