AT the April meeting, Mr Davis spoke about the Mary Rose, flag ship of Henry VIII.
Built in 1511, it became the first warship of Henry's navy.
She sank with 700 men on board and lay at the bottom of the sea until raised in 1982.
Mr Davis showed wonderful slides of the 20,000 artefacts that were recovered and are now on display at the Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth.
Information was given about the skittles evening and a trip to see 42nd Street.
Members were encouraged to take part in Stepping Out and to take photographs for the scrapbook.
A report from the Malvern council meeting was read.
Next month will be a discussion on the resolutions.
