DRIVERS in the Headless Cross area were caught in traffic delays after a car became trapped underneath a lorry.
The Slough was closed between Gill Lane and Station Road for about three hours after the collision between the two vehicles, near Crabbs Cross Island, on Friday.
The elderly driver of the silver Honda Civic escaped with minor injuries to his hand when his car became lodged under the white DAF truck at about 1.45pm.
The truck driver was unharmed.
