STOURPORT faced Loughborough in a friendly match at Walshes Meadow and triumphed by 81 runs.
Put in on a damp wicket, Stourport rattled up 259-5 in their 40 overs, with Bevan Neill making his maiden century for the club.
In reply, the visitors lost wickets at regular intervals, ending up on 178-8.
On Saturday, Stourport will play at home against Cookley in another 'warm-up' game, starting at 2pm.
