A FAMILY was full of the joys of spring when they won first place in an orienteering competition in a Worcester park.
Mother Sharron Borg and her children Benn, Tia, Rayanne, Kadie and Taryn, of Dines Green Primary School navigated their way around Cripplegate Park near the city centre in record time.
Great fun was had by all in Saturday's competition, organised by the Friends of Cripplegate Park.
Headmaster Steve Gough said: "It was a extremely successful day and it was lovely to see so many people there."
The family completed the first level of the course in 18 minutes and the second in 29 minutes to win wine, chocolates and Easter eggs.
