IF life were a cartoon then a piano being moved out of a second floor window by crane would end in disaster.
But thankfully it is not, and there were no slips when this grand piano was moved out of a property at Parkview Apartments, in Abbey Road, Malvern.
Alan Bennett, from the removal firm Bennett A C, said this was a rare kind of job.
"We only do this once in a blue moon," he said. "In fact I have been in business for 18 years and this is the second time I've done it using the crane."
He said the whole job took around two hours but most of that was taken up by removing the windows and preparing the piano for the lift.
The piano belongs to an elderly woman who is moving to a retirement home in Hanley Swan, near Malvern.
