CAROLE King and Joni Mitchell fans will be in for a treat next week as some of their hits have an airing in Worcester.
The band Blue Tapestry was born out of a love that musicians Chris While and Julie Matthews had for performing the singers' songs in their soundchecks.
In 2001, the duo came up with the idea of forming a band to pay tribute to the musical legends who conjured up such classics as Big Yellow Taxi (Joni Mitchell) and I Feel The Earth Move (Carole King). Fans will be able to hear the tunes again when the duo play Worcester's Huntingdon Hall on Thursday, April 28.
