MALVERN auctioneer Philip Serrell has hired a local expert to develop the silver and jewellery sections of the business.
Kate Alcock, of Leominster, will also be responsible for carrying out insurance valuations.
Kate is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and like Mr Serrell, she is also involved with a number of BBC programmes
