A CITY male voice choir will join an international line up of vocal groups from around the world for a prestigious competitive festival in Cornwall.
On Saturday, April 30, the Worcester Male Voice Choir will compete against groups from countries including Germany, Italy, and Slovenia, as well as many from across the UK, at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro.
It is the first time the WMVC has attended the four-day International Male Voice Choral Festival, which starts on Friday, April 29. Fifty-two choirs from 11 countries will participate.
As part of the tour, the WMVC will line up for two evening concerts, will divide for two church services on the Sunday, and regroup on the Monday for a special performance at the Eden Project.
