I FEEL I must respond to Ken Footman's letter in which he states to his certain knowledge WRRA Councillor G Denaro has never declined to pursue issues raised with him.

When I have raised issues with him he always says, I will give you a name and phone number i.e. Sort it out yourself.

Also Mr Footman states people should attend council meetings as observers.

Why? WRRA always vote with the Tories or abstain. Open your eyes Mr Footman Wythall's a disgrace through lack of services.
