WYTHALL'S Transport Museum continues its 25th Birthday celebrations over the May Day Bank Holiday Weekend with a "bus load" of family fun.
The museum, home to one of the largest collections of buses and coaches in the UK, will open its gates on Sunday, May 1 and Monday, May 2 May between 11am and 5pm.
Visitors will be able to take a trip down memory lane and enjoy rides on classic buses, while children can burn up some energy on the bouncy castle.
Also letting off some steam will be The Elmdon Model Engineering Society, builders and operators of the Miniature Steam Railway, another family attraction at the Museum in Chapel Lane, Wythall.
"Our family days are always very popular and offer a fun-filled day for all ages. And we look forward to welcoming visitors throughout the season as we continue to celebrate our silver anniversary," said Malcolm Keeley, collections manager and a trustee of the museum.
Further information including, special events, opening times and how to find it, can be found on the museum's website at www.bammot.org.uk
Or you can pick up the museum's 2005 leaflet from either the Bromsgrove or Redditch Tourist Information Centres.
