ALCESTER town councillors have asked for extra time to consider a planning application for 28 dwellings on the site of Brooklyn Skoda.
Neil Grinnall Homes Ltd have applied to Stratford District Council and the plans came before the town council for their comments last week.
The scheme would include 28 parking spaces and pedestrian access from Priory Road to the Bulls Head Yard car park.
Advantage Alcester had a scheme as part of their original Vision for Alcester which included vehicular access but it transpired a road would take up too much valuable building land.
