Asked to bat first on a slow wicket, Stone struggled to 123-6 from their 40 overs.
Peter Harler top scored with 38.
Stourbridge lost a wicket in the third over, then a stand of 80 in 25 overs put them into a strong position, at 103-1.
However, the next nine wickets fell for just 11 runs, and they were all out for 114.
Dan Edwards took 4-35 and Gareth Bryant 3-18 in their second spell of bowling.
Stone 123-6, Stourbridge 114.
