KIDDERMINSTER'S Daniel Rowbottom is second in the Formula ICA provisional standings after another impressive performance at Grantham.
Rowbottom clinched third and second places in the finals of round two of the Renault-sponsored B4 Group British Karting Championships.
Rowbottom led for much of the second final only to be passed by Matthew Bell, who currently tops the standings on 200 points with Rowbottom on 175.
The next round takes place at Clay Pigeon, Dorset, on Sunday May 1.
Whoever heads the standings after that will be invited as an exclusive guest of the Renault F1 team for a behind the scenes look at an F1 test session at Silverstone.
