A THIRD teenager has appeared in court charged with the murder of Blakedown surveyor, Paul Tanner.
The 14-year-old, from the Ladywood area of Birmingham, appeared before Birmingham Youth Court on Saturday. He was remanded in custody and is due to re-appear tomorrow.
Mr Tanner was stabbed while walking home after a night out on March 4. The 23-year-old died later that day.
Two other youths, aged 15 and 16 and from Newtown in Birmingham, have already appeared in court charged with murder.
