CHADDESLEY Corbett's recent run of success came to an end when they were beaten 3-0 at Ellesmere Rangers in West Midlands League Division Two.
Manager Martin Westcott believes some of his players had an off-day.
"We have set good standards recently, and maybe we expected a little too much, too soon," he said
"I am very pleased with the progress we have made. I am planning for next season, and things are going very well, on and off the pitch for the club."
On Saturday, Chaddesley visit Darlaston at 2.45pm and they travel to Cradley at noon on Monday.
