The planned April speaker was unable to attend, so members spoke on various subjects. Chris Round talked about the Severn Valley health train, Cindy Firth told of a visit to Mauritius to visit her son-in-law's family, and Ann Harvey spoke about diabetes.
Mollie Long spoke on the background of the East African Women's League, formed in 1917 in Nairobi. Patsy Anderson reported on the council meeting.
Areley Kings has been asked to do the county flower arrangement for the Huxley Cup, at the Royal Show.
The next meeting will be on May 9 at 7.30pm in Areley Kings village hall. Resolutions for the annual meeting in London will be discussed.
