TAE Kwon Do schools in Wyre Forest have helped to raise more than £3,000 in aid of the Asian tsunami appeal and Macmillan's Worcestershire Appeal.
Around 100 students, including some from Bewdley and Kidderminster, took part in an event at the Glades Leisure Centre.
The fund-raisers were aged from five to 50, with their grades ranging from white belt to fourth degree black belt.
They were sponsored to spar with each other for 100 rounds, lasting 45 seconds each, and raised a total of £3,549.34.
