BREAKAWAY Blues, on at the Other Space at the Everyman Theatre until tonight, is an excellent little comedy.
It's all about families, friendships and growing old.
A great many home truths are laid bare with sensitivity and a great deal of fun.
The very believable characters includes a granny, her daughter who she recently moved in with, a gay son, a private detective, and a colourful friend who's found a delightful antidote to growing old.
The play is extremely well written by Eileen O'Haire with a highly satisfying conclusion.
The Laughing Orange company is taking the show to various villages in Gloucestershire until May 15.
It arrives at Moreton-in-Marsh Village Hall on May 11. The box office to contact is 01608650825.
