UPTON Baptist Church will play its part in the town's folk festival.
The church, on Old Street, will be showing Worcestershire Memories, a display of photographs evoking the area's past, from tomorrow (Saturday) to Bank Holiday Monday May 2.
The garden behind the church will be open to the public.
The church will host puppet shows tomorrow by the No Strings Attached puppet company.
The folk festival itself begins today (Friday) and continues over the bank holiday weekend with plenty of free entertainment.
Morris teams from across the country will perform in the streets, with a mass dance tomorrow, a parade on Sunday and afternoon ceilidhs under the bridge.
There will be a street market all weekend and singarounds in the pubs and hotels.
For those buying a ticket from the festival office, there will be concerts, workshops and indoor ceilidhs. Ticket holders can also camp on the sports field, with showers and facilities available at the sports club.
