WORLD-renowned dancer and choreographer Anurekha Ghosh is coming to a Hereford theatre with a dazzling display of dance.
Using Indian folk, martial arts, yoga and western contemporary dance, Ghosh's international cast of four dancers, accompanied by musicians from India and Iran, will perform Ruins at The Courtyard, on Tuesday, May 3.
The performance will investigate different states of "ruin" - both in the world and the inner-self.
"The show is divided into three parts and will be a celebration of hope and existence," said a spokeswoman for the theatre.
"It's a visual masterpiece, which uses theatre, dance, film, design and lighting to their greatest effects - showing the passionate and dynamic relationships between these mediums, and an interesting study piece for anyone interested in these art forms."
Tickets cost between £10.50 and £12.50 and can be booked by calling The Courtyard box office on 0870 112 2330.
