DALE Rasmussen is out for the remainder of Worcester Warriors' season after further damaging a hamstring.
The Samoan centre tore his hamstring in training last week but managed a starring role in Worcester's historic 21-19 victory over Northampton at Sixways last Saturday.
The first game Rasmussen will miss is Friday's Zurich Wilcard semi-final clash against Saracens at Vicarage Road.
Warriors' director of rugby John Brain said: "Dale is out for our remaining games. He tore his hamstring in training last week and managed the game, but he did further damage which will prevent him from playing."
Elsewhere on the treatment table, prop Neil Lyman is undergoing intensive physiotherapy to shake off a long-running knee problem, while Chris Horsman (shoulder) and lock Tim Collier (ankle) are also out for the rest of the season.
Brain said: "Chris will have surgery tomorrow and will be unavailable. He saw a specialist and it was decided the best thing for him was surgery."
