DRAMA students at University College Worcester are getting to grips with sex, religion and rock 'n' roll in their next production.
The comedy, Once A Catholic, follows the lives of Mary McGinty and her classmates as they discover there is more to life than O-levels.
Set in the 1950s, Mary O' Malley's play explores the girls' struggle to challenge authority, gain independence and find their way in the world.
To prepare for the role, the cast has been taking jiving lessons from Evesham-based dance teacher, Charles Seal.
Roy Pierce-Jones, senior drama lecturer and the play's director, said the work is a wonderfully funny and affectionate comedy.
