IN your Election 2005 section of Tuesday, April 19, Peter Luff claimed that people do not like negative campaigning, then in the next sentence he talked about the people's lack of trust in the government.
He said he was concerned about Worcestershire's rotten deal on schooling. It was under his own Conservative Government that free school milk was stopped, school canteens were closed and school playing fields were sold to developers.
Mr Luff was very upbeat about his party's five new key messages. The only five messages I remember the last Conservative Government for are the poll tax, privatisation, negative equity, Black Wednesday and record unemployment and inflation.
I do not believe the Conservative leopard is about to change its spots.
