WORCESTER Rugby Club, which has enjoyed success on the field by securing its place in the Zurich Premiership, has added to its fortune with a new acquisition.
The club has bought the Sixways Banqueting Suite at the ground in a deal financed by NatWest Commercial Banking and their asset finance division Lombard.
The Sixways Suite is a hospitality venue at the ground, which hosts a bar area and first floor dining facilities for match days and functions It was built before the club took up residence in the Premiership this season and the deal sees the club take full ownership.
Cecil Duckworth, chairman of Worcester Rugby Club, said: "The suite adds to the club's assets and we look forward to further developments."
