MEMBERS of Parliament who represent people in Hartlebury and Rock kept their seats - but Cleobury Mortimer have welcomed a new MP.
The Conservatives' Bill Wiggin, who covers Rock and Far Forest as part of the Leominster constituency, and Peter Luff, who represents Hartlebury for Mid Worcester-shire, were both re-elected by comfortable margins.
The party also took Ludlow, which covers Cleobury Mortimer, from the Liberal Democrats. The new MP, Philip Dunne, won with a 2,027 majority.
He told the Shuttle/Times and News he would campaign to re-open Wyre Forest Birth Centre at Kidderminster Hospital.
Sir Michael Spicer, who covers Little Witley and Great Witley in the West Worcestershire constituency, was also re-elected.
