LETTERS left in school bags are a distant memory for Matchborough parents, who can now tap into school events.
Arrow Vale Community College's IT technician, Maria Jenkins, has launched a new email facility to keep parents up to date on events at the Greensward Road school.
She said: "Important letters are often left at the bottom of a bag or forgotten about but this service means we can cut out the middleman and ensure information reaches parents."
