I was interested to read the letter from Andy Scott regarding refuse bags.
I also live in Ronkswood and I have not had any recycling bags since the beginning of 2004
Last July, I had to collect my own and these are now running low. As for the black rubbish bags, I have also not had any of those since 2004, and so I have to buy my own.
