CHARITABLE members of the Inner Wheel got together last week to donate goods to needy countries.
The District Overseas Service Rally, which includes 42 clubs from around the area, filled a van with all the donated items at the meeting at the Raven Hotel, in St Andrew's Square.
Sewing machines, blankets and clothes were just some of the things that will be sent to countries such as Romania and China.
District Overseas Chairman Georgina Hunt also presented Association Overseas Chairman Audrey Pollard with a cheque for £1,145, which will go to the Disability Action in Asia charity.
