HORSE racing and football fans can combine the two at Stratford on Saturday when the FA Cup Final can be watched on a large Tote screen.

Gates open at 2pm ahead of the 3pm kick-off between Manchester United and Arsenal and there will be on course betting available in addition to use of the bars in the Club and Tattersalls enclosures.

Following the final, there's a seven-race card at Luddington Road - the second night of the annual Intrum Justitia meeting that attracts a crowd of around 15,000 people over the two days.

Saturday's racing gets under starter's orders at 5.45pm with the Pertemps Handicap Hurdle with £20,000 of added prize money.

The highlight of the two-day meeting is the 47th running of the Intrum Justitia (Horse and Hound Cup) Champion Hunters' Steeplechase (7.20), which is worth £32,000 this year.

Another popular race is The Stratford Millennium Rose Bowl Ladies' Hunters' Steeple Chase for amateur lady riders.

All races are open to both British and Irish runners, who will be encouraged to bring their horses to Stratford to compete in the finals of the Hunter Chase Series.

Tomorrow night's six-race card starts at 6.10pm with the GTH Construction Novices' Handicap Steeple Chase Cup.

The Jewson Novices' Hurdle at 7.10pm sees all runners eligible for the Jewson Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham in October.

The feature race is the Champion Novices' Hunters' Steeple Chase (8.10) for the John Corbet Cup, generously sponsored by Weatherbys.

The British Point-to-Point fraternity will be present in large numbers to attend the 28th Annual Point to point Owners' and Riders Association luncheon.
