A FUND-RAISER at Beatties of Worcester made £1,400 for women with cancer.
There was makeover madness in CrownGate shopping centre when the store teamed up with national cancer support charity Look Good ... Feel Better by offering free pampering sessions to shoppers in return for a small donation. During the week, £1,416 had been raised.
CrownGate centre manager Carolyn Mantle said: "Look Good ... Feel Better is a fantastic charity which helps women through a very difficult time in their lives."
"It was wonderful to see so many of our shoppers getting involved and we are over the moon with the total raised for the organisation."
