SCHOOLGIRL cricketers from the Malvern and Ledbury area are needed for a three-test tour in Barbados in April next year.
The trip will not only include this great opportunity to play cricket in the Caribbean, but also cultural visits.
It will be based on the famous west coast, only a few minutes walk from the celebrity-ridden Sany Lane Beach.
Tour organiser Gary King said: "For the last few years we have taken a boys' team with great success, this is being repeated next year but we also wanted to give the same fantastic opportunity to local girls."
There are still a few squad places to be filled. Any schoolgirl cricketer, or supporter, interested at a cost of just over £1000, should contact Gary King on 01684 565071.
